OUR LOVE STORY
How we met
In August of 2018, Hunter and Hannah met in their senior Trigonometry class at Miami Valley CTC. At first, their teacher didn’t seat them near each other, but as fate would have it, one day they walked into class to find their desks side by side. Much like the way destiny unfolds, their paths were now aligned. Despite Hannah’s natural shyness, she couldn’t resist the warmth of Hunter’s outgoing personality, and soon enough, they struck up a conversation. What started as a simple exchange blossomed into a deep friendship, and before long, they were talking to each other day in and day out, sharing laughter, stories, and everything in between.
Fast forward to
Like many stories of adolescence, Hunter and Hannah eventually parted ways as they both went off to college, and for a while, they lost touch. But as fate would have it, their paths crossed again when Hunter reached out to Hannah. Once they reconnected, it felt as though no time had passed at all. The bond they shared in high school was still as strong as ever, and their deep friendship picked up right where it left off. When Hannah graduated from college, they wasted no time in reuniting, and from that moment on, everything fell into place. The rest, as they say, was history.
The proposal
November 2nd, 2024, may have seemed like any other day to the world, but for Hannah and Hunter, it became a day etched in their hearts forever. After months of careful planning and anticipation, Hunter found himself standing before Hannah, the weight of the moment heavier than he could have ever imagined. As he dropped to one knee, his mind flashed back to the first time he saw her in Trigonometry class, the start of a journey that had led them here. Time seemed to stretch as he looked into her eyes, finally asking the question he had dreamed of: "Will you marry me?" When Hannah whispered, "Yes," Hunter was overcome with joy and gratitude, unable to contain his excitement as he rushed toward her, overwhelmed by the beauty of the moment they had created together.
